Brickwork Direct

Creating a Digital Future for North East Contractor

Introduction

Our relationship with North East based brickwork contractor, Brickwork Direct has helped them reinvigorate their brand and gain major exposure and reach in a relatively short time. We started working together in the summer of 2018 on numerous projects including a complete rebrand, website rebuild and outbound marketing campaign. We now work with them on an ongoing basis to advise and deliver marketing services to improve their performance.

The Challenge

Brickwork Direct became a limited company back in 2003 and over the years they have grown to a team with more than 100 years of bricklaying experience across sectors, including Education, Health, Social Housing, Private Housing, Bespoke Residential Developments, Retail and Commercial.

In recent years, they have started to offer new services to private homeowners, but many customers still see them as a commercial brand. The brand was outdated and although it was recognised within the construction industry, it did not appeal to the public.

Moving into new markets is notoriously difficult, especially when the service is not well known. Brickwork Direct needed to drive traffic to their new website to educate their customers, by focussing on targeted keywords we increased web traffic to brickworkdirect.co.uk with SEO, PPC and social media.
